Update: March 30th

Senoplast confirms that three other employees tested positive for Covid-19. The persons concerned and their immediate contacts are in home quarantine.
We are in contact with the colleagues, they are doing well according to the circumstances and we wish them a quick recovery.
The measures adopted at Senoplast to protect the health of the workforce will continue to be consistently implemented, only in this way can we guarantee the greatest possible safety for our employees.

Update: March 25th

One of our employees at Senoplast in Austria has been tested positive for Covid-19. This result was communicated last evening, March 24th. Our employee, as well as his colleagues who have been in direct contact with him, are currently in home-quarantine, and are being supervised by our company doctor. We are in continuous contact with our affected colleague and wish him a quick recovery.

Together with our the company doctor, the management is constantly analyzing and evaluating the situation and communicating with all employees in a regular basis about the current status, measures and rules of conduct.

The health of our employees has top priority for us and we are committed to take all measures available to us.

Information concerning COVID-19

The spread of the coronavirus in many countries presents us all with major challenges. We at Senoplast see it as our responsibility to support all necessary and ordered measures to protect the health of our employees, customers, suppliers and all other business partners.

At the same time, it is our claim to continue to supply our customers and produce the orders as usual. The maintenance of operations also serves to secure jobs.

Our supply chains and transport routes are functioning, and we will continue to be available for you through the usual channels. It should also be noted that the official measures now taken (exit restrictions, etc.) do not in any way mean plant closures, a production stop or anything similar for Austrian industry at the moment.

Senoplast supports the recommendations of the Austrian Federal Government that as many professionals as possible should do their work from home, where possible working in a home office is implemented. Your personal contact person can be reached as usual via e-mail or telephone. Visits to Senoplast Piesendorf and business trips are suspended until further notice due to the current situation.

We assure you that we will closely monitor the development of the situation and inform you about any changes immediately.
