SENOPLAST is Company of the Year 2022

We have made it! We are WIKARUS 2022!

On September 27th, SENOPLAST was awarded with the Salzburg business award WIKARUS in the category "Company of the Year" during a festive gala at the WIFI Salzburg. In this category, primarily the successes of the past year, the innovative strength, the corporate culture and the regional significance of the participating companies were evaluated. Thereby SENOPLAST achieved the highest approval of the jury and won the 1st prize. Despite the difficult overall conditions, last year SENOPLAST achieved the highest turnover and quantities in the company's 66-year history.

In addition, the company has once again demonstrated its innovative power: in 2021, SENOPLAST has already been nominated for the State Prize "Innovation" for the development of a new dirt-repellent, silk-matt-surface furniture film. In the family-owned company, eco-social responsibility has always played a determining role. Besides a high orientation towards employees, the company also pays attention to the careful use of resources to protect the environment and the climate. For example, 5,000 tons of material were recycled using the new regenerate machine, which saved 21,500 tons of carbon dioxide. For its commitment to the environment, SENOPLAST was awarded with the Energy Globe Salzburg in the previous year.
